My practice and life are rooted in relationship - to people, nature, and the world around me. I draw inspiration from Taoist philosophy, which speaks to harmony, simplicity, and the cycles of change. I believe that what shows up in our lives is not random. It’s crafted by where we’ve been - and it invites us to choose where we go next.

I’m female, mixed race (half English, half Malaysian Chinese) and was born and raised in London. My personal journey has shaped how I move through the world, and has deepened my sensitivity to the lived realities of those who also carry complexity, otherness, or liminality in their sense of self. I have travelled extensively throughout my life  and appreciate the insights immersion into other ways of living and different customs bring.

I experience my identity as something fluid - evolving with time, relationships, and what feels right - rather than fixed or bound by any single label. This attunement to the in-between spaces, to what is felt but not always seen, informs how I sit with others in therapeutic work.

In 2015, I began studying Medical Qi Gong with master Ajarn Toh in northern Thailand, a practice that deepened my connection with the body as more than a vessel of function—rather, as a source of wisdom, intuition, and healing. This has become a lifelong discipline, one that supports me to live in alignment with what I value: integrity, presence, compassion and vitality.

My professional journey has been quite broad and includes: workplace learning, IT logistics, hospitality, fashion retail, bodywork, and supporting with adults with learning disabilities (facilitating groups with a wide range of support needs). Each of these chapters contain their own stories, complexities, and needs.

In daily life, I love music, dancing, drawing, astrology, writing, being in nature, and learning in all its forms. Just recently, I’ve started making mosaics. Being creative keeps me connected to the playful aspects of myself where I feel free of space and time. I swim in the sea early most mornings, even in winter - a daily practice that keeps me close to what matters. The benefits are both tangible and subtle - energy in the body, clarity in the mind, and a renewed sense of aliveness. I divide my time between the Peloponnese (Greece) and London, and do my best to live in a way that’s ecological, intentional, and connected. I bring all these threads—body, mind, play, creativity, and care—into my work as a therapist, supervisor and teacher.
